You often hear about the impact of sleepless nights with new-born’s, infants and toddlers but nothing can quite prepare you for how challenging, stressful and difficult that it can be. And although it’s true that nearly all parents will experience these trials and tribulations at some point or another, it doesn’t make it any easier to navigate and can still be extremely overwhelming without the right support and guidance. 


Whether your baby or child struggles to go down to sleep, wakes continuously throughout the night, seems to be experiencing night terrors, sleep dependency/ co-sleeping, sleep walks/talks or any other issues, I offer one to one tailored support for you and your family’s needs.

They say it takes a village to raise a child and in this instance a team to tackle challenges. So if you feel apprehensive, unsure, slightly embarrassed or even as if you are failing I urge you to remind yourself that there is no rule book to parenting and that your child’s sleep is no exception to this.


It’s important to understand how sleep works for infants and children in order to better support in creating healthy relationships between it and them, and that’s where I come in. The associations you create with sleep as an infant really does set the tone for your relationship with sleep throughout your life, which is why it’s so crucial for them to be as positive and stable as possible.


Before proceeding with one of my sleep consultancy services please note the following;

I cannot work with a new family without an initial phone or zoom consultation, this is key in being able to pinpoint and address the areas of concern that you as a parent or career have and for me to see if I feel that I’m best suited to support you on this journey.


Following a phone or zoom consultation I do always recommend coming for an in-house observation (this is of course optional) so that I’m able to see first-hand any challenges that you may be facing. As much as I aim to be as thorough as possible during the initial conversation, the more information I have first-hand through observation in your home environment, the better I can advise and guide you moving forward. Each sleep plan is tailored specifically to not only your preferred parenting style but your child’s temperament and this is something that will be most effective when implemented if I’m able to ensure that all areas and basis have been covered.


Following on from the in-home observation I then offer 2 options; a tailored sleep plan or a 5/7-day sleep coaching cycle whereby I come into your home and implement the desired sleep method of your choice for your infant or child. Please see package specifics below for further information on what this entails and pricing.


It’s important to understand that it usually takes between 5-7 days for an infant or child to grasp and adjust to a new sleep routine and associations. This can vary on a case-to-case basis meaning that they may need more support depending on how easily they find the adaptions, but please note that I cannot guarantee long term sustainable results on anything less than a 5-day coaching cycle, as habits typically begin to form at this point.


*Important information*

When booking ANY sleep consultancy service, the full amount is to be paid upon booking. I offer a free 48 cancellation period once the booking has been made, cancellation outside of those 48 hours will result in 50% of the total amount being refundable. Please be aware that if you cancel anywhere within the timeframe of 7-14 days prior to the date that booking is to commence then you will forfeit you right to the 50% refund. This is because once booked I then cannot take on any other clients during that time period and subsequently will have to turn down additional bookings results in a loss of earnings.

Services And Packages

Phone or Zoom Consultation
(30-40 minutes)- £65

  • Discuss your concerns & identify the areas in which you feel you need help and support with.
  • Understand what you’d like to achieve short and long term.
  • Gain knowledge and history of baby/infant or child (including currently sleep schedule & environment/ bedtime routine/ diet and daily exercise).
In House Observation/
Assessment
(2-3 hours)- £200

  • Monitor and observe dinner time / pre and post bedtime routine.
  • Follow up call within 72 hours to discuss the areas that I have identified could need additional support or adjusting.
  • Discuss next steps. 
  • Set goals.
Overnight Observation/ Assessment – £300

  • I will stay the night and monitor what takes place during this sleep cycle, I won’t interfere nor partake in any part of the routine, my goal here is merely to watch and gain as much information and introspective on your challenges as possible.
  • I will draft a report and then arrange a call with yourselves to discuss what I have found.
  • Discuss next steps and best options suited to your child’s needs.
Tailored Sleep Plan- £250

  • Includes a tailored and bespoke detailed plan and specific tips to follow and implement. – This is given over zoom or phone call so that I’m able to explain the methods in more depth, you will also be able to take notes and ask me any questions on things that you may feel unclear on. 
  • Follow up call after 7 days to check in on your progress and to talk through any things that you are still having difficulty with or feel unsure of. Along with how you feel the week has gone, and if you noticed any changes- small and big.
  • Additional WhatsApp support, Tuesday-Friday; 9am-6pm.
In Home Sleep Coaching- Starts at £350 per night

  • 12 hours of sleep coaching per visit, during their bedtime sleep cycle.
  • I will Implement a sleep routine and plan that has been agreed upon by both myself and you the parents.
  • You will not be required to do any night time waking or feeds.
  • WhatsApp support during week days to help aid you the parent with nap times and overall sleep hygiene.
